Refund policy

For DIGITAL PRODUCTS

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Refunds cannot be provided due to the digital nature of the product; all sales are final. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.


For PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please get in touch with our team via email to artizgo.official@gmail.com and provide the order number, issue details, and a clear photo showing the issue. 

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. The customers are responsible for entering the correct information when ordering.

For approved refunds, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at artizgo.official@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, nor issue refunds on sale items or gift cards or on items that have been used, tried on or have a worn out look due to improper storage conditions.
